LOYALTY PROGRAM
For every euro spent on our shop you will earn 1 point (1€=1 point) if you are at the "Passionate" level, while 1.25 (1€=1.25 points) when you move to the "Specialist" level.
You will also be awarded extra points by completing specific actions:
- Create an account: 50 points
- Subscribe to the newsletter: 50 points
- Happy Birthday: 100 points
The points you accumulate are transformed into unique benefits for you:
200 points = €5 discount
400 points = €10 discount
600 points = €15 discount
1200 points = €30 discount
Simply log in to our Loyalty Program with your Account credentials to redeem your reward. We will send you a discount code that you can apply at Check Out of your order.
The redeemed Discount Code must be used within 60 days of issuance.
You can only use one discount code per single order as they cannot be combined .
No, points do not expire.
However, the Discount Code redeemed with points must be used within 60 days of issue. After this period the code will no longer be valid and the points used to redeem it will be lost.
During the Check Out phase of the order you will find the dedicated section, where you can enter the discount code received by redeeming the points.
To take advantage of the discount, a minimum order is required based on the value of the code itself:
- 5€ discount on a minimum of 25€
- 10€ discount on a minimum of 50€
- 15€ discount on a minimum of 75€
- 30€ discount on a minimum of 150€
NB The Discount Code redeemed with points must be used within 60 days of issue.
On the Loyalty Program page you will find the "Happy Birthday" section. Simply press " Enter Information " to add your date of birth so that on your birthday you will automatically be given 100 points.
NB The date entered cannot be changed.
PROGRAM BENEFITS
The benefits of the loyalty program depend on the level you are in. Our relationship will gradually strengthen:
- As soon as you register on the site, you automatically become an ENTHUSIAST, and you will be entitled to some additional benefits.
- When you reach 2000 points, you will be promoted to SPECIALIST and will have access to even more exclusive benefits and promotions.
As an ENTHUSIAST you will be entitled to:
- Early access to exclusive promos
- Dedicated discounts for your Passionate level
- Exclusive events online and in store
As a SPECIALIST you will be entitled to:
- All the benefits of the Passionate level.
- Accumulate points faster. Every euro spent is now worth 1.5 points (not 1 anymore).
- Dedicated discounts for your Specialist level.
- 20% discount on all Training events at Carismatix.
