ORDERS
In the shop section of our website you can find all the items divided by category. Once you have chosen the item, follow these steps to make the purchase:
We always recommend registering with a personal account before placing an order.
• Enter the page of the product you are interested in.
• Select the format and/or quantity of product you wish to purchase by pressing + or – in the “Quantity” section and click on “Add”.
• At this point you have two options:
a) You can continue browsing the site and purchase other items by pressing the “X” at the top right. Pressing the “X” will only close the cart section, but your item will remain saved.
b) You can complete the order
• Before completing your order you can:
a) Choose fast payment without registration through the payment methods offered by our site.
b) Log in with your account (if you are already a customer) or register by entering your data.
- If you have one, enter the discount code (if you haven't already).
- Choose the shipping method.
- Click on “Go to shipping” and choose the payment method. For more information visit the FAQ section dedicated to payments.
• Once you have selected the type of payment you wish to proceed with, click on “Pay now”. You will be automatically redirected to the confirmation page where you will find your order number. You will also receive a confirmation email and tracking code.
You can enter your invoice information after purchase on the order confirmation page or from your order confirmation email.
The invoice request must be made no later than 100 days from the order confirmation date.
PAYMENTS

• Amazon Pay, Shop Pay, Google Pay and Apple Pay.

If the order appears to have been placed but you do not receive a confirmation email from us within two working days, contact us at info@carismatix.it or on WhatsApp so we can unblock your order or check for any problems.
If the payment is successful, the amount is charged instantly. You will also receive an order confirmation by email.
It's very simple.
Select PayPal at checkout. After logging into your account, the "Pay in 3 installments" option will automatically appear, then request payment.
- "Pay in 3 installments" is available for eligible purchases from €30 to €2000.
- There are no costs associated with "Pay in 3 installments".
To view your payment totals, log in to your PayPal account, go to "Pay in 3" and then click on the "Pay in 3" payment you want to reference. You can see your previous payment amounts in your activity. You can also see your upcoming payment amounts by clicking Show upcoming payments.
The amount you still have to repay appears under "Remaining".
SHIPPING
Items are shipped the same day, barring unforeseen circumstances, if the order is placed before 4pm.
Yes. In your order confirmation email you will find the tracking number and the link to the courier's page where you can follow the status of your shipment.

The courier to which we entrust national shipments is at the customer's discretion between the GLS and FEDEX options, which collect orders every day, from Monday to Friday.
For international shipments the courier in charge is exclusively GLS.
No, the courier does not make preventive phone calls and does not handle requests for shipments at particular times.
Before contacting us, make sure you have carried out the following checks:
• Tracking number.
• Check that the address is correct.
• Check that the courier has not left a notice of passage. In that case, you will have to contact the courier again to rearrange the delivery.
If you have carried out all the checks and your package has not yet been delivered, contact us at web@carismatix.it or on WhatsApp so we can resolve your problem.
No, we do not deliver on national holidays and weekends. In these cases, the package will likely arrive on the next working day.
In the event of visible defects, the Customer is required, under penalty of forfeiture of possible disputes or guarantees, to report the anomalies on the transport document and to contact us immediately.
The shipment travels at the sole risk of the buyer. If you want the shipment to be fully covered against theft and breakage, insurance coverage is provided which guarantees the customer to receive a new package without additional costs.
RETURNS
The withdrawal period expires after 14 days from the day on which the Consumer acquires physical possession of the Products.
The right of withdrawal applies to Products purchased in their entirety and still packaged in the original package , as delivered by the Company to the carrier. It is not possible to exercise withdrawal only on part of the Products purchased .
Shipping costs for returning the Products are the responsibility of the customer.
It will be necessary to send – before the expiry of the period indicated above – a notice of withdrawal by email to the following address web@carismatix.it or on WhatsApp. Once we have received the notice of withdrawal, we will communicate to the customer the instructions for returning the Products which must take place within the following 14 days.
The products in question and the organization of the shipment, until receipt in our warehouses, are under the complete responsibility of the customer.
The right of withdrawal is however subject to the following conditions:
• Applies to Products purchased in their entirety and still packaged inside the original package, as delivered by the carrier.
• It is not possible to exercise the right of withdrawal on only some of the Products purchased.
• The sums paid for the purchase of the returned Products will be refunded once the return has been received, with the exception of the €6 retained to cover the shipping and management costs of the return.
• In the case of items purchased with free shipping, following the return the costs incurred by us for shipping and management equal to €6 will still be retained.
• The right of withdrawal lapses, due to the lack of the essential condition of integrity of the goods (packaging and/or its contents), in cases where we ascertain the lack of the external packaging and/or the original internal packaging where existing and/or the absence of integral elements of the product and/or damage to the product for reasons other than its transport.
ACCOUNT
You can create a new account by clicking on the “Login” logo at the top right of the homepage. A window will open: click on “Create account” and fill out the form.
The information is confidential and will not be passed on to third parties.
We recommend creating an account because:
• You can check your orders.
• Check all past orders.
• Take advantage of exclusive discounts and promotions.
• Always be up to date on the latest news (for this reason we also recommend that you sign up for the newsletter).
Yes. To change your data, log in to your account and inside you can change:
• The password,
• The shipping and/or billing address.
• Your contact preferences.
DISCOUNT CODES
First of all select all the products you want to buy and add them to your cart.
Before concluding, enter your code in the "discount code" section and click on "Apply". The promotion will automatically be applied to your purchase.
You can verify that the discount has been applied by checking the item summary: the discount value will be deducted and the total price will be changed.
It could be due to one of the following reasons:
• Always make sure you enter the promo code exactly as it was provided to you, with no spaces.
• Only one promo code can be used per order. This also includes free shipping codes.
• Since we have different promo codes, the Terms and Conditions of Use may vary. Be sure to read them carefully when you receive a code.

No, discount codes are not applicable to orders already placed.
No, you can use a maximum of one discount code per order.
