How to use it BEST

///
USAGE INSTRUCTIONS

1. The substrate must be clean, dry and free of grease. Lightly sand the surfaces. Remove 2 old uncured paints and primers.

2. Mix the body filler with the hardener thoroughly. Do not use more than 3% hardener.

3. Clean and degrease the entire surface to be painted before each operation.

4. Strip the defective areas down to bare metal and dry sand with P 80/150 sandpaper. After drying, use P 150/240 sandpaper for dry sanding.

5. Before applying the filler, sand the entire surface with P 240 / 360 dry sandpaper until a matt finish is achieved.

6. When filling non-ferrous metals (e.g. aluminium, galvanised surfaces) a primer coat can be applied to ensure optimum adhesion before applying the body filler.

7. Do not overpaint without isolating the surface with a 1K or 2K filler.

8. Drying:

• 20 minutes at 20°

• 10 minutes at 60°
