Chamäleon Spay Putty is a two-component polyester resin-based body putty for steel, fibreglass, wood or solid, sanded paintwork.
  • High quality two-component filler for steel, fiberglass, wood or old paint.
  • Particularly suitable for filling deep sanding marks in a single pass.

USAGE INSTRUCTIONS

1. The surface must be clean, dry and free from grease.

2. Lightly sand the surface. Remove old paint.

3. Strip the defective areas down to bare metal and dry sand with P80/150 sandpaper.

4. Mix with catalyst at a ratio of 100:5 by volume.

5. Dispense the product with a 2.0-2.5 nozzle at a pressure of 1.6-2.0 bar

6. Wait 5-8 minutes between layers.

7. After drying, use P150/240 sandpaper.

8. Before applying the filler, sand the entire surface with P 240 / 360 dry sandpaper until a matt finish is achieved.

9. Do not overpaint without isolating the surface with a 1K or 2K filler.

10. Drying times:

• 2-3 hours at 20°C

• 30 minutes at 60°C
