The Extreme Cut Sandwich SpiderPad is a cutting pad designed to ensure maximum correction capacity and control of heat development.

The double-layer (sandwich) structure and calibrated surface make it ideal even for fresh paint. Suitable for use with rotary and random orbital polishers, it offers the perfect balance of high cutting power, operational stability, and long life.

Patented Spider Technology

The special Spider structure creates an enlarged and structured surface that:

• Promotes optimal absorption of polish
• Ensures uniform distribution of the product
• Ensures consistent performance
• Reduces processing times

At the same time, it contributes to balanced heat management across the entire surface of the pad.

High performance sandwich structure

The construction with an integrated support layer prevents thermal deformation of the foam during intensive use, maintaining constant performance even in the most demanding jobs.

The premium reticulated (open cell) foam ensures:

• High tear resistance
• Excellent heat dissipation and air circulation
• Long operating life

Thanks to its double density structure, it adapts to the work phase by modulating the pressure:

• Under high pressure, the hard black layer develops an extremely high cutting capacity, comparable to a wool pad.
• By gradually reducing the pressure, as the iPT abrasive fragments and becomes finer, it is possible to refine the surface in the same pass.

The result is an intense gloss and a nearly hologram-free finish, without the need to replace the pad.
