Starting from 01/15/2024 all ShineMate power tools distributed and sold in Italy by CARISMATIX Srl are covered by a 3-year warranty.

• Private customers , i.e. those who do not require an invoice: the warranty lasts 3 years and is valid on all parts except batteries and chargers. For the latter, the warranty remains valid for the first 2 years.
• Professional customers , i.e. those who request an invoice: the warranty lasts 3 years and is valid on all parts except batteries and chargers. For the latter, the warranty remains valid for the first year. For the 2nd and 3rd year, free replacement of spare parts is provided at the expense of Carismatix Srl, while the cost of labor for processing/repair of the power tool is at the expense of the buyer.
