Discover the EX620 Basic Polishing Kit, ideal for achieving a flawless finish on your car. This complete kit includes everything you need to eliminate scratches and defects from the bodywork, improving the shine and protecting the surface.

EX620 is the most powerful of the ShineMate random orbital polishers. It is built with CNC technology to reduce vibration and improve comfort during use. Thanks to the 1200W of power and 5800 orbits per minute it is possible to tackle any type of job: from the elimination of the most serious defects to the super finish.

Ultracut is the reference compound that is characterised by high cutting power combined with an impeccable finish. It is a highly versatile abrasive that can tackle any type of paint and defect when combined with the appropriate pad.

Fixer is a One-Step polish capable of correcting and polishing different types of defects thanks to the innovative composition of nanotechnological ingredients.

Eraser is an advanced IPA as it is capable of removing oils, silicones, polish and compound dust from all surfaces.

    How to use it BEST

    HOW TO USE CARPRO BASIC POLISHING KIT EX620

    1. Apply 3-4 pea-sized drops of Ultracut to the Flash Pad.

    2. Spread the product over a 40x40 section at minimum speed.

    3. Increase the speed (4-5), applying minimal pressure for the first 2 cross passes and increasing it with each subsequent pass.

    4. Work until defects are completely removed and wipe off excess paste with a clean microfiber cloth.

    1. Pour 4-5 drops of Fixer onto the Orange Pad.

    2. Spread the product at low speed over a 50x50 section and increase the speed to approximately 1000-1200 RPM with medium pressure.

    3. Work on the surface until defects are completely removed and wipe off residues with a clean microfiber cloth.

    N.B. It is recommended to frequently blow compressed air onto the pad and keep it as clean as possible.

    1. Spray Eraser onto one panel at a time, let it sit for 20/30 seconds, and remove with a clean, soft microfiber cloth.
