Iron Wash is a chemical decontaminant with cleaning action developed to eliminate ferrous particles, rust, and brake system residues from bodywork, rims, plastic, and glass.
Thanks to the presence of surfactants in its formula, Iron Wash is also an effective rim cleaner. Iron Wash is acid-free and pH neutral (pH 7).
It must not be used on unpainted surfaces, raw metals, galvanized steel, and anodized aluminum.
Iron Wash is part of Colorline, the line dedicated to professionals.

How to use it BEST
HOW TO USE CARTEC IRON WASH
1. Ensure the surface is cool and not exposed to direct sunlight.
2. Iron Wash can be used neat or diluted up to a 1:3 ratio.
3. Spray the product onto the surface to be treated. When the product comes into contact with iron contamination, it will react by turning purple.
4. Allow the product to dwell for a few minutes, ensuring it does not dry. Rinse the treated area thoroughly after Iron Wash has worked.
5. In case of heavy contamination, repeat the process.
6. It is always recommended to perform a test on a small, hidden area before full application.
The dwell time is directly influenced by ambient temperature and relative humidity. Always ensure you are working with a wet product that is not visibly close to drying.
