2K Wash Primer is a chromate-free, acid-curing primer specially developed for aluminum substrates, with active corrosion protection and excellent adhesion to iron.

How to use it BEST
HOW TO USE CHAMALEON 2K WASH PRIMER 2:1 404
1. Mix the product with the catalyst at a ratio of 2:1 by volume (for large surfaces 1:1).
2. Apply the product with a spray gun with a 1.3-1.5 nozzle at a pressure of 3.0-4.0 bar.
3. Drying times at 20°C:
• Dust off: 4-6 minutes
• Dry to touch: 20-25 minutes
• Recoverable: 30 minutes – 8 hours
