HOW TO USE CHAMALEON BRAKE CALIPER PAINTING KIT

1. Mask the surface around the caliper to be painted with Q1 yellow tape.

2. Sand the surface with an abrasive sponge. Choose the sponge to be used based on the need (green if slightly damaged, brown if heavily damaged).

3. Remove excess dust.

4. If the brown sponge (coarser grit) was used, do a second pass with the green sponge (fine grit).

5. Cover the surface around the headlight with Q1 Drop Film and cut out only the film that covers the caliper surface.

6. Degrease the surface with Chamaleon Silicone Remover.

7. Apply Epoxy Primer and let air dry for 12-15 minutes.

8. Spray Brake Caliper Paint while maintaining a distance of about 20-30 cm.

9. Spray 2 thin coats of paint at 3-5 minute intervals on the dry surface.

10. Drying time depends on the ambient temperature, air humidity, and the thickness of the applied layer.
