The SiCarbon+ molecule determines a better layer density . With SiO ₂ , 30% of the layer disappears during the curing process, while SiCarbon+ has a maximum loss of only 5%. The carbon binds inside the silicon, so that, ultimately, Ceramic Guard maintains a higher density, which determines better scratch resistance , flexibility and permanent adhesion of the nanomolecules to the paint, which can only be removed by vigorous polishing or abrasive agents.
