Aerosol Primer Pro is a universal, fast-drying, single-component primer that offers excellent adhesion on all metal surfaces, plastics, putties, and old vehicle paints. Designed to ensure maximum adhesion and corrosion protection, it is a 2-in-1 product: it works as both a classic primer and a filling primer, making it extremely versatile in the preparation stages.
- Superior corrosion protection, extending the life of treated surfaces.
- Can be used as a primer at 15 μm (1 coat) or as a filling primer at 30–60 μm (2–3 coats).
- Can also be used as a wet-on-wet primer, applying a thin coat before painting.
- Heat resistance up to 150 °C.
- Reduces processing times thanks to its fast-drying formula.
- Ensures a uniform and smooth finish, facilitating subsequent paint applications.
- Universal compatibility: can be overcoated with all water-based paints and 1K and 2K solvent-based finishing systems.

How to use it BEST
HOW TO USE CHAMALEON AEROSOL PRIMER PRO
1. Make sure the substrate is clean, dry, rust-free, and degreased.
2. Mask off areas not to be treated.
3. Shake the can well and do a test spray.
4. Spray at a distance of 20–30 cm from the surface. Apply 1–3 light coats (15–60 μm total).
5. Wait 2–3 minutes between coats.
6. Valve cleaning: Turn the can upside down and press the nozzle for 5 seconds.
DRYING TIMES
• Dust-free: 5 minutes
• Touch dry: 10 minutes
• Recoatable: 40 minutes
• Infrared (medium wave): 10 minutes (up to 70 °C)
SANDING
• Dry: P400–P500
• Wet: P800–P1000
