Chamäleon Carbon fiber putty is an easy-to-sand, two-component polyester resin-based fiberglass putty reinforced with carbon fiber. Unlike traditional fiberglass putties, this putty also features extremely strong carbon fibers that ensure excellent stability.
  • Two-component fiberglass filler putty reinforced with carbon fiber.
  • Can be sanded after only 25 - 30 min. at 20 ºC.
  • Can be applied directly to iron, steel, aluminum, galvanized substrates, GRP, and wood.
  • Perfectly suited for filling cracks, depressions, and corrosion perforations.

How to use it BEST

HOW TO USE CHAMALEON CARBON FIBER PUTTY 534

1. The surface must be clean, dry and free from grease.

2. Lightly sand the surface.

3. Mix the filler with the hardener well. Do not use more than 3% of hardener. Too little or too much hardener may cause stains in the paint layer.

4. Clean and degrease the entire surface before each operation.

5. Strip the defective areas down to bare metal and dry sand with P150/P240 sandpaper.

6. After drying, use P150/P240 sandpaper for dry sanding.

7. Drying times:

• 25 minutes at 20°C

• 10 minutes at 60°C
