How to use it BEST
HOW TO USE CHAMALEON 2K WET ON WET PRIMER 5:1 467
1. The surface must be clean, dry and free of grease (check the substrate preparation of the various surfaces on the technical data sheet).
2. Mix the product with the catalyst at a ratio of 5:1 by volume.
3. Dispense the product with a spray gun or with HVLP with a 1.3-1.5mm nozzle and a pressure of 1.6-2.0 bar.
4. Apply only one even, smooth coat to ensure the best possible flow. If there are highly absorbent areas on the surface to be painted (e.g. body filler points), prime these areas by applying only one spray coat. After a short flash-off time of approximately 2-3 minutes at 20°C, apply the final coat over the entire surface.
