Active Foam (pH 9.5) is a super concentrated and highly foaming detergent, formulated to ensure high effectiveness in removing dirt without compromising surfaces. Its composition is free of phosphates and NTA, making it a safe solution that respects the treated surfaces. It is suitable for use in portal and tunnel car washes, for self-service systems and for manual washing.

Thanks to the high concentration of anionic surfactants, it generates a dense and persistent foam that adheres to surfaces, improving contact time and cleaning effectiveness. This feature also contributes to the self-cleaning of brushes in automatic systems, extending their life and improving the final washing result.

The refined aroma of sandalwood offers an intense and long-lasting fragrance, making the cleaning process more pleasant for both the operator and the customer.

Active Foam complies with VDA standards, class A, with a maximum action time of five minutes.

 

How to use it BEST

HOW TO USE KOCH-CHEMIE AF - ACTIVE FOAM

FOAM LANCE

1. Dilute Active Foam at a 1:10 ratio.

2. Pour the diluted product into the foam lance reservoir.

3. Spread evenly over the surface from bottom to top and leave on for 2-4 minutes, without letting the product dry.

4. Rinse thoroughly with a pressure washer.

MANUAL WASH

1. Dilute Active Foam in a bucket at a 1:300 ratio.

2. Dip the sponge or microfiber mitt and wash the car with gentle movements.

3. Rinse thoroughly and dry with a specific microfiber cloth.

SELF-SERVICE or AUTOMATIC WASH

1. Recommended dosage for a single car: 3-8 ml
