S0 Gel Matting Extreme-Cut is a high-cutting compound designed to quickly and effectively matt, prepare and correct painted surfaces.
Also known as “liquid sandpaper”, it is ideal for:
- Surface preparation before painting
- Removal of deep scratches
- Correcting paint defects
- Orange peel removal
- Removal of very strong sanding marks
Thanks to its advanced formulation, S0 efficiently removes extremely coarse sanding marks. It simplifies the working process, reducing operating time and costs.
On surfaces with old or particularly marked paint, S0 is able to safely remove even deep scratches.

How to use it BEST
HOW TO USE SCHOLL CONCEPTS S0 GEL MATTING EXTREME-CUT
Manual Application
1. Apply 4 drops of S0 Gel Matting Extreme-Cut to a specific applicator.
2. Work the surface using circular movements.
3. Remove any product residue with a microfibre buffing cloth.
Application with Polisher
1. Apply 4 drops of S0 Gel Matting Extreme-Cut to a cutting pad.
2. Distribute the product with:
a. Random orbital sander (3–5 mm orbit)
b. Low speed rotary polisher
3. Work until all defects are removed.
4. Remove any product residue with a microfibre buffing cloth.
